Rikki McConnell has dedicated her life to patient-centered, alternative care that goes beyond traditional pharmaceuticals. Starting her healthcare journey at just 15 as a volunteer on an ambulance, she went on to earn degrees in Paramedicine, Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

With experience as an emergency department RN and Family Nurse Practitioner, Rikki founded The Hybrid Clinic Wellness Center to provide holistic, integrative care. Her services include medical cannabis certifications, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, IV hydration, weight loss management, and therapeutic massage. She believes true healing begins when patients are heard, understood, and empowered with real choices.

Marie Mulford-Tester began her journey in healthcare in 2009, earning her Registered Nurse license and working in Emergency Medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in fast-paced, high-acuity care. As she started her family, she transitioned into Home Health, allowing her to continue serving patients while gaining a deeper appreciation for continuity of care and the importance of meeting patients where they are.

In 2022, Marie completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, she has gained valuable experience in both Urgent Care and Pain Management settings. Marie has a genuine love for helping patients manage chronic pain and improve their quality of life; however, witnessing the long-term consequences and addiction that can follow traditional pain-management approaches has deeply impacted her. These experiences have strengthened her desire to be part of a healthcare model that prioritizes safer, more sustainable, and patient-centered solutions.

A Christian, wife, and mother, Marie believes her calling to healthcare is rooted in her faith. She strives to practice medicine with compassion, integrity, and humility, guided by the belief that her work should serve a higher purpose and honor the trust patients place in her.
