Rikki McConnell has dedicated her life to patient-centered, alternative care that goes beyond traditional pharmaceuticals. Starting her healthcare journey at just 15 as a volunteer on an ambulance, she went on to earn degrees in Paramedicine, Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

With experience as an emergency department RN and Family Nurse Practitioner, Rikki founded The Hybrid Clinic Wellness Center to provide holistic, integrative care. Her services include medical cannabis certifications, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, IV hydration, weight loss management, and therapeutic massage.
